Breakfast Blend

This is a great way to start your day. This blend is smooth yet strong enough to satisfy most morning coffee drinkers. Less bold than our espresso.

Chicory

Cichorium intybus is a hardy perennial that was brought to North America from Europe in the 1700s, and is now well-established across the continent. Though chicory has a variety of uses, it's best known for its association with coffee. Chicory also offers extra health benefits that you wouldn't normally get from your cup of coffee. It is reported to help cleanse the blood and improve the health of your liver and it is naturally caffeine free. We blend our Chicory coffee with a dark roasted coffee providing a smooth, albeit different tasting coffee that you will either absolutely love....or not. I like it and drink it often.

Colombia

Probably the most recognizable and popular coffee in the world. Grown in the Andes mountains, this coffee possesses a rich snappy acidity, rich flavor and aroma and finishes with a strong body. This is the highest grade of Columbian coffees. It has a hint of wine and a full-bodied richness.

Costa Rica

The quintessential Costa Rican coffee is known throughout the world as a perfect triangular balance of body, flavor and acidity.

Espresso

Espresso Blend is a blend of coffees specifically chosen to enhance the espresso’s quality. It is widely believed that a single coffee cannot provide all of the necessary elements for a great espresso. Our espresso blend is a secret blend consisting of coffees from different sections of the world. The flavor is bold, but not bitter. Many customers prefer our espresso as their drip coffee due to its bold and balanced acidity.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffee

A very floral aroma marks an excellent Yirgacheffe. Medium-bodied coffee supports sweet spicy lower notes, with high delicate jasmine flavors on top. A seductive coffee that lures you back, again and again. Medium roast brings out the subtle nuances. Excellent for blending.

Guatemala

Guatemalan coffees are some of the most amazing fragrant and aromatic coffees in the world. The natural shade and jungle of the Guatemalan highlands are the perfect environment for the bourbon botanical variety of arabica (a spontaneous variety of the original typical), which lends itself to a very nice and very natural full cup.

Knobs Buffalo Blend

This has become a local favorite. We have many customers that use this as their premium roast for their drip coffee makers since the flavor is strong, bold (less bold than our espresso) and yet smooth

Nicaragua

Good Nicaraguan coffees are considered a classic cup, great body, clean flavor and balance.
